Individual therapy for adults (18+)

Who I Work With

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of life difficulties. You do not need a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem to come to therapy.

Grief & Loss

Processing bereavement, loss, and the grief that comes with endings of all kinds.

Identity & Belonging

Exploring who you are — shaped by culture, language, migration, and lived experience.

Long-term Illness

Coping with the emotional weight of living with chronic or long-term health conditions.

Trauma & Recovery

Gently exploring difficult past experiences and finding ways to move forward.

Life Changes

Finding your way through transitions in work, relationships, or family life.

Relocation & Adjustment

Settling into a new place, culture, or chapter — and finding your footing.

A relational approach

How I Work

My training is in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy — a relational and integrative approach. We explore how early experiences influence the ways we think, feel, and relate to others.

Patterns that once helped us cope can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected. Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment to explore these experiences and emotions at your own pace.
