My training is in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, an approach that explores how early experiences can shape the ways we think, feel, and relate to others. It looks at how aspects of personality can emerge in different situations, sometimes in ways that feel familiar or conflicting.
In the therapy room, I work relationally and with curiosity. I am interested in your lived experience as it unfolds, and in what might be happening beneath words or alongside them. I aim to offer a steady, grounded presence where you do not have to make sense of everything alone. I may also gently challenge you when it feels supportive, while always working at your pace.
Alongside this, I may use different ways of working, including sharing psychological ideas, offering creative work, practical exercises, and grounding techniques.
I work ethically and in line with UKCP professional standards, and my aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding and moving towards your full potential.
